Once you have completed an initial meeting with us and you are happy to proceed, Visits 4 Pets will send you a service Quote.
The service charge will be broken into two parts:
50% non-refundable deposit
50% service balance
Please note that for bookings on (or including) a Public Holiday - the Public Holiday date is charged at double time.
Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and Easter Sunday are charged at double time.
When To Pay:
The 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 3 days of the Quote issue date
The 50% service balance for the service is required on or before the date of service
Cash may be brought on the day, but please allow sufficient time for cheques or electronic transfers to clear prior to the service start date.
If your circumstances change and you do not wish to proceed with your Quote, please let us know so that we can release the dates to other customers as quickly as possible. On expiry of the Quote, it may not be possible to contact you before issuing the dates to other customers, so please contact us before sending a deposit for an expired quote.
How To Pay:
Visits 4 Pets accept cash or direct bank transfer. Details on how to pay can be found at the bottom of your Service Quote.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable when services are cancelled.
24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all services or the full service is charged.
